The data collected through this form is processed by the relevant GDCom subsidiary concerned, as the data controller, for the sole purpose of responding to your request. It will only be stored for as long as is strictly necessary for this purpose.

In order to protect the interests of its clients, the GDCom subsidiary verifies the identity of any person exercising a right related to their personal data. In accordance with the applicable regulations, you may request to obtain and verify the data that the GDCom subsidiary holds on you, rectify inaccurate information, delete data on you, and get a copy of your data for re-use elsewhere. You may also, at any time, object to the use of any of your data, including for commercial prospecting or profiling purposes, and ask to freeze the use of your data. Lastly, you can define instructions about the fate of your data in the event of your death. You can exercise all your rights directly with the GDCom subsidiary by sending your request through this form. Should GDCom fail to respond, even partially, within one month, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
